This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with potential to turn into regular employment.
What You’ll Do
Working alongside 1 physician, 1 audiologist and 2 front office team members, you’ll oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the clinic and help ensure everything runs seamlessly for both patients and providers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage provider schedule, including clinic time, procedures, and surgeries
- Coordinate surgical scheduling and obtain authorizations or appeals
- Partner with hospital scheduling and pre-op teams
- Handle patient concerns or issues (scheduling, prescriptions, procedures)
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Work with third-party billing teams to ensure clean, accurate claims and payments
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Onboarding of new staff and coordinate training
- Schedule rep visits, provider PTO, and general office calendar needs
- Track audiology sales and expenses
- Support marketing efforts such as mailers and patient outreach for audiology department
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a medical office or clinic setting – ENT preferred
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with insurance processes, scheduling, and patient coordination
- Epic experience is strongly preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $65,000 – $80,000
